Hello Pat, 3/8 inch / 10mm. We are having a two day hands-on event in the Chicago area with the viking epic2. Hope you can join us :) www.lindazs.com/event-details/viking-reveal-its-2-epics
I was informed that the ions are not in color because the UN states software icons should be in greyscale for handicapped people? I am not sure how many people who need the icons in Greyscale are sewing, but the option for color would be better. I was informed someone commented on that and was verbally abused for it. Now if anyone saying anything that is not in line with the UN, comments are deleted by that moderator on Facebook. Who is paying for Sewnet? Not the UN. I encourage anyone to boycott this stupidity and silencing of opinions by NOT Subscribing or purchasing this. We don’t need our sewing equipment to be politically correct. We need it to help us create.

Does that MySewnet Ecosystem work with the original Epic
Hello Leigh, you can transfer designs and digitize pictures with the Epic1, the embroidery placement is exclusive to the epic2. Hope this helps :)
Have it, so much to learn, still a baby in pampers...
