Then me service centre gya to unhone kaha software karwa lo tb uhone software kiya software update bhi ho gya one UI 5.1 se 6 or oS 14 update bhi ho gya lekin same problem . USA model has relatively lower band support for Indian carriers. I think you should change firmware from USA to India and it should start working again.

You probably enable LTE only and your ISP doesn't support VoLTE ( Voice over longterm evolution)
