Hello probraugh1. I had the same problem on a 190 cc Briggs & Stratton(no compression) and found the same piece of plastic piece behind the intake valve, although on mine the plastic piece was broken into two pieces. I was happy to see your video because I wasn't sure where it came from and wasn't sure what would happen if I just put it back together with the plastic piece removed. I will now reassemble it and will let you knw what happens. Thanks!
@@wardmcginn4947 I also found a small piece of plastic in my intake that looks similar to yours. Mine turned out to be a broken piece of plastic from the butterfly in the carburetor . I removed the plastic and replaced with a new carburetor. Old 5 hp Briggs
Engine is still running as of 4.17.17... still love to know if anybody knows with that piece is....
