Amazon needs to double check that your barcodes are ok - this is the Error 5665. Open a case with amazon and provide them with the barcode number, they should get back to you with approval and then you can use it

One doubt mam - If i want to sell Non-branded products, do i need to request for a specific approval e.g. GTIN exemption/approval ?

You need a barcodes to list the products and then you send the FNSKU barcode that you get from Amazon after you list the product to your supplier
