May we present our most remarkable fabric offering yet!
Woven in Japan, our "Stitchwork Sashiko" is a masterpiece of texture and comfort. This 13oz cloth consists of two ply woven cotton with a mixture of both lateral pickstitching and cross-cross "X" stitches from side to side.
The effect is complex and brilliant. Whether natural or dyed, the interplay of texture and stitching details is incredible. These chinos have a ton of character! Even though they're easy to wear and match, they look distinct from anything else out there.
Did I mention comfort? It's also incredibly soft from the very first wear. The stitching is fully enclosed in the weave and the Japanese cotton has a smooth surface and a breathable finish. It's an ideal weight for year-round wear.
Each pant is fully preshrunk and easily machine washable. Finished hems are available for a $15 upcharge.
