The last scene where Dante n Vergil fight, its just a friendly sparring. Also, if you noticed, Vergil seems more human than before, mainly because V has experience lots of human side, making him realise all the thing he have done is wrong. Also, you can see that Vergil smile a lot more in the game because he finally get the one thing he always wanted, family. Dante by his side now, not alone anymore and he has a son.
Still, he’s responsible for the deaths of millions. Millions of human lives to supply the Qliphoth tree with all the blood to make the fruit and the people who died to the invading demons. Can’t exactly let that slide.

It surely will be back . Of course dante and verjil are temporarily stuck in the demon world but dante did the same thing in dmc2 (go in the demon world to close a portal , get stuck there and then going deeper in the demon world but return in the end)

No matter what JoJo Wifi and other Vergil fanboys tell you. It's a complete game. Vergil was not required to make 3 a completed, great video game. He started as a boss, and he ended as a boss in 5. And if he stays that way, that's more fitting. V is way more interesting anyway. He brings something new to the table in terms of both character, and gameplay. This isn't me saying I hate Vergil, he's great. And I'd love to play as him. But I honestly don't get why he has an outrageous amount of fanboys who complain that the game isn't complete without him being playable.

Real talk though DMD made me realize how much I fucking hated V and the difficulty of comboing with him compared to he other two. Let's be real he was only used as a plot point to bring back Vergil and they could have done it like three other ways. Genuinely Vergil is just that good in terms of battle mechanics. Sure he doesn't have the layers of complexity that Dante has but his arsenal of devil arms as well his own unique fighting style makes up for it. Going through 4 Special Edition really makes me wish they'll bring him back. Capcom knows people want him back and they would do it since they know people will toss money their way.
Dear Alyska, I just want to say, as a big DMC fan it was great to see someone dedicated enough to play (almost)all Devil May Cry series. It is hard to see someone avoiding any spoilers of the game for 9 months just to play previous installation of games! Really hope you enjoyed this game as i did. This game has lot of fun experiences when played with full upgrade, so kinda bummed you are planning to move on. It almost feels like whole first playthrough is just a tutorial! But it is fine you want to play other games. Your non-DMC videos are also very entertaining and I am certain I will enjoy whatever comes next. It has been really long journey and we all had great time, Alyska. It's been a bash.

Vergil in this game is the most intimidating bosses I've ever faced. My first time fighting him I shot a missile at him that he just flicks away and it just explodes in the distance. I knew it wouldn't do much but just a *dink* and nothing at all but the fear that there was no way but fighting him head on. I can do well against him now but damn did it kill my confidence st that moment.
It was a neat ending overall. And even set up possibilities for where 6 could go if they want. But if you ever feel bored, you could give Devil May Cry DMC a chance.
To be fair, that’s because they did a good job of establishing previous characters. It’s entirely within Nero’s personality and not with the DmC Dante. We don’t know him and he’s not the same Dante everyone knows. It’s a little weird for players who know Dante.
Alyce yo should react to some Mad Combo DMC5 videos so you can see how crazy some people can get with combos, also if you play NG+ you'll get to play with Nero with his true potential. Anyways, I loved all your franchise videos
Dmc6 might have the return of mundus and its going to be about the three humiliating him by being overpowered lol There's going to be an update for dmc5 next year and supposed add on

A Sparda game would also be enjoyable for fans although I find it less likely to happen. In the future knowing who Nero's mother would be would also be interesting although some don't find it interesting I think it would be cool to know who she was.

Dmc 6 will only be nero focused.Sadly, S.S Sparda is now sinking, now its only nero .Meaning that we wont see dante and vergil in dmc 6 , as the news says. I might be wrong but the info i gathered tells that there wont be dante and vergil in dmc 6...
Eh, Dante and Vergil have both found ways out of hell, so it's not like they can't come back if they want to. If the little pre-mission van scenes are taken as canon, they do. (I love how awkward Vergil looks in those, like he doesn't know what he should be doing!)
To see a complete newcomer to the series go through all the relevant DMCs and come away feeling that strongly about the series is a testament to just how goddamn good Hideaki Itsuno & the DMC team have been over the years.

After the level of power that three main characters achieved ( dante , vergil , nero) i can't imagine any foe representing probelemes to them so i think that a sixth dmc ain't happen , unless it was about dante and vergil story after getting sperated from their family or it could be about that mission that lady and trish are going to accomplish with dante not around it can be difficult so there's a probability of a dmc with just lady and trish . Or dmc 6 could be a game about sparda or maybe about nero grandchildren's continuing the legacy of sparda and his family

Congrats Alyce on another successful series for your channel. It has been a long trip from DMC 1 to DMC 5, but my god it was worth it. The ending was amazing, the boss fights were amazing, your reaction was amazing, everything was amazing in this final episode. Can't wait for the next series, and since you asked for suggestions about your next playthrough, i know i've recommended this game more than once to you, but if you want to check out Finding Paradise, i think it's a game that you really going to enjoy. It's a 5 hour story based game that is really emotional and great, and also one of the best indie games i've ever played. Thank you Alyce once again for this amazing series, you are the best!!!

Painful to watch XD I'm sorry, but seing as you did some crazy combos not too long ago, it really was, and here's why: You forgot Dante has Guns and different Styles. As much as I hoped that DMC5 would teach you RG, I'd be okay if you just Tricked everywhere. But instead, you just run and jumped. And "One does not simply jump away from Blistering Swords" Vergil: *Charges up to fly away and ram at Alyce* Alyce: *ight I'mma run around* Ebony, Ivory, Coyote, Faust, Kalina Ann: *Are we a joke to you?* Even though the last bite was sour, the whole course was an amazing journey. Nero has a couple different Buster moves on Vergil that you didn't get to see. He's got one where he grabs both Vergil AND his clone and slams them back together, and one that requires precision timing to do, because you have to do it just as Vergil is about to hit you with that flying tackle move of his. I'm a little late to the party, but it was quite a ride to see you go through this franchise. While it's a bit sad to know that you unfortunately had to stumble upon some of the bad portions of the fandom, I assure the greater portion of us DMC fans appreciate that you decided to take your time with the series. Not only you did not choose the lazy route and start with DMC5 for the sake of getting more views, but you got both invested into the story and characters, and tried to get better while playing each DMC game. Dmc 6 will only be nero focused.Sadly, S.S Sparda is now sinking, now its only nero .Meaning that we wont see dante and vergil in dmc 6 , as the news says. I might be wrong but the info i gathered tells that there wont be dante and vergil in dmc 6...
Eh, Dante and Vergil have both found ways out of hell, so it's not like they can't come back if they want to. If the little pre-mission van scenes are taken as canon, they do. (I love how awkward Vergil looks in those, like he doesn't know what he should be doing!)
To see a complete newcomer to the series go through all the relevant DMCs and come away feeling that strongly about the series is a testament to just how goddamn good Hideaki Itsuno & the DMC team have been over the years.

After the level of power that three main characters achieved ( dante , vergil , nero) i can't imagine any foe representing probelemes to them so i think that a sixth dmc ain't happen , unless it was about dante and vergil story after getting sperated from their family or it could be about that mission that lady and trish are going to accomplish with dante not around it can be difficult so there's a probability of a dmc with just lady and trish . Or dmc 6 could be a game about sparda or maybe about nero grandchildren's continuing the legacy of sparda and his family

Congrats Alyce on another successful series for your channel. It has been a long trip from DMC 1 to DMC 5, but my god it was worth it. The ending was amazing, the boss fights were amazing, your reaction was amazing, everything was amazing in this final episode. Can't wait for the next series, and since you asked for suggestions about your next playthrough, i know i've recommended this game more than once to you, but if you want to check out Finding Paradise, i think it's a game that you really going to enjoy. It's a 5 hour story based game that is really emotional and great, and also one of the best indie games i've ever played. Thank you Alyce once again for this amazing series, you are the best!!!

As much as I loved your progress through the series, Alyce, Dante VS Vergil was... Painful to watch XD I'm sorry, but seing as you did some crazy combos not too long ago, it really was, and here's why: You forgot Dante has Guns and different Styles.
As much as I hoped that DMC5 would teach you RG, I'd be okay if you just Tricked everywhere. But instead, you just run and jumped. And "One does not simply jump away from Blistering Swords"

Nero has a couple different Buster moves on Vergil that you didn't get to see. He's got one where he grabs both Vergil AND his clone and slams them back together, and one that requires precision timing to do, because you have to do it just as Vergil is about to hit you with that flying tackle move of his.

You did well here i had to get my ass kicked and completely rearrange the control scheme so it was closer to DMC4 before i could actually stand a chance in this fight.
I'm a little late to the party, but it was quite a ride to see you go through this franchise. While it's a bit sad to know that you unfortunately had to stumble upon some of the bad portions of the fandom, I assure the greater portion of us DMC fans appreciate that you decided to take your time with the series. Not only you did not choose the lazy route and start with DMC5 for the sake of getting more views, but you got both invested into the story and characters, and tried to get better while playing each DMC game. PS: Perhaps a rather unpopular opinion to some, but I wouldn't mind to see you play the 2013 reboot. DmC: Devil May Cry is quite an... interesting game. I certainly wouldn't mind to see your take on it.
I was also surprised DMC5 wasn't nominated for GotY. It's such an amazing game and came so long after DMC4. It's the series returning to form and giving us more than we expected. :(
