XC Launch MISTAKES

Common xc paragliding launch mistakes and 4 tips on how to remedy them. I'm here in the Italian Dolomites instructing an XC clinic and I've noticed lots of pilots (mostly germans, hahahaha) making these mistakes. What other launch issues have you noticed that I can advise on?
