Biden administration watched the 1993 movie “Dave” that depot a standing for the President. His wife an aides replayed the movie for 3.5 years. Love the show.
Doug knows he scored with Megyn. So sweet, smart and beautiful and seems like a wonderful wife and mother. We all know how smart and quick witted she is. This was a cute side of her.
As a teacher, I can say that the test tubes would have been the funniest story for the year!!! I teach high school and have around 190 students. It's a Title 1 school, so I only get a few gifts each year. I appreciate every gift even though it's not expected. While I do love a good Starbucks or Target gift card (or even better...a dozen tamales!) , I cherish each heartfelt note or card written by a student. I have kept them all, and they are often pulled on my really low days.
Back when I was about 9 (early 1970's) our 50ish teacher opened her Christmas gifts in front of us students. Someone gave her the famous perfume "Skinny Dip."
Don't feel too badly. As a teacher, I would say about half of the kids give me gifts, and I truly do not care at all that some don't. Only one gift really stuck with me, and it was a from a ittle girl who came from a huge Catholic family, and her mom had enrolled me in perpetual masses with some order of priests. I thought that was a really thoughtful and beautiful teacher gift.
When my kids were little I always enjoyed wrapping a few presents at a time to create that growing pile under the tree over 2-3 weeks (we didn’t do Santa). It was such a fun feeling even as the Mom! ❤
I gave my daughters religion teacher, a man I knew from the kids theater group, red wine. My kid asked if this was ok. Well, he loved it, said he always gets tons of cologne. She came home very happy.
I'm a retired teacher...and now I'm raising my grandkids...I give the teachers five bucks for their vending machine...they tell me it's their best present.
I literally catered lunch in one day every year for the ENTIRE school's staff when my son was in elementary. He was a bit of a handful, I may have over corrected now that I know there are people that literally do NOTHING for the teachers?!
Like a bigger volume of presents under the tree. But, my kids are now 17.5 and almost 20, therefore the volume is gone and they only get a few things and usually some money. It was a lot more fun when they were young. I miss the years when they would wake up early and sprint down the steps to open their presents.
My mother was a kindergarten teacher. She got many gifts and would put them in a box for my sister and I in our adult years. When we visited at Christmas she would let us select from the box. She was close to retirement and could not keep up with them all. I always liked the Christmas ornaments and usually selected those since there is always room on your tree for another fun ornament! It made me happy to see how much her students loved her!
@ , you’ve never been a teacher. It is an incredible amount of work. It is physically, mentally and emotionally draining. It’s nice to know you’re appreciated.
Merry Christmas dear Megyn, I hope that now as a real star, you have a great time my friend. As soon as life gets normal I will talk to you live on the screen and laugh with you
My dad was a 6 grade teacher and we all loved opening his presents from students at Christmas. Yet, many were mugs and candy etc. I think gift cards are the way to go now.
My mom picked out a giant popcorn tin for my teacher one year, I was so embarrassed because most of the kids just got her an ornament or something. Looking back I bet it was her favorite gift because it was different!
I loved getting gift cards to Amazon and Target. Talk to a teacher, she/he will tell you what they like. Many elementary teachers have items on their Amazon wish list for their classroom. ( Sadly, during my last 5 years I told my high school students ‘no gifts’ because some parents/students saw it as bribe to write their child a glowing college recommendation letter. I told them if you want to give me a gift then write me a nice note at the end of the year. Those gifts are always the most treasured and I still have them.
Megyn a great Christmas gift for the teachers, that can never go wrong, is a Christmas card with a gift card to either a coffee shop (local or Starbucks) or a book store that also sells no only books but gifts such as bath products or household items.
I loved these glimpses into their relationship. We need to see happily married couples more. I hope he is her guest again. Neither overshadows or tries to steal the limelight from the other.
My daughter is in pre school. There are several teachers and helpers. I got larger gifts for her room’s teacher and the teacher that’s moving. (Candles, hand cream, body wash from bath and body works). I felt bad for the aids. So I got each a small hand lotion, or body wash (bath and body has sales on small bottles). I feel like it’s nice to give even if it’s something small. Those people matter too.
That's wonderful. As a special ed teacher, I always had one or two assistants. It was so awful when the students would come in with presents for me but none for them. I tried to make up for it by giving them as nice a gift as I could afford.
Gift certificates are the best gift for teachers. Teachers spend so much money on their own classrooms and students. I’m taking lots of money! Consider what it’s like getting a lot of gifts you can’t use every year for 40 years when having money to spend on something of real benefit and use is so much better. Teachers are so important in a child’s life. I’m surprised here.
Agreed, I have heard they prefer gift certificates or money. I’m sure they are appreciative of anything but one can only use so many bath products or knickknacks.
Very amusing! My kids have all said I am the very best at choosing gifts for each person. I put a lot of effort into it. I remember the "working Mom" days. Wrapping gifts at the last minute, trying to think if I had missed anyone on my list...retired now, but still trying to pick the special gifts, but online now. That is a headache, but just a different kind of headache. ofbheadache.
God bless Meg, Glenn, Tucker, Gutfield, Kirk, Hannity, Jesse..... we are so blessed this season celebrating Jesus Christ birth. Most of my family lost faith, but I haven't and I'll keep working at it. Thanks Fox news, thanks X for fighting for a Christian future.
Im sure ALL the teachers would've been completely fine with those gifts. I was a reacher for many years and received so many chocolates, mugs and candles.
NO MORE MUGS! My cabinet is absolutely full of them. I feel a little bit of pain when I open up a present to a mug. I still am grateful, but I don't know what to do with them. Please, don't buy people more mugs. We all have enough. The chocolate is fine. Just save your money or add more chocolate.
Teachers absolutely deserve a gift. They spend so much $ in their class many times leaving their own families aside for your children. And all with love.
Just give them target gift cards. They make so little money, it really helps them buy groceries. We give 50-75 $ each. We feel blessed and enjoy giving.
Okay. I have to say that I LOVE seeing Megyn and her husband on the show together. Great dynamic! Do more of that, just don't turn into Morning Joe and his wife. Ugff...that would be gross.
A gift card. It’s so easy!! Jeez! I make WAY less than you Megyn and even I get a gift card for the teacher!!! I guess this is why the rich stay rich they get are stingy with their money. To each their own! I do this for elementary teachers because there’s only one. When they get older they have 6 teachers so too much.
Take it from a teacher who has enough mugs, bath bombs, creams, and really doesn't need cookies and chocolate. Gifts are so appreciated but we'd rather have money even just $5 put into teachers pay teachers account as all of us end up using our own money for worksheets or lessons.
Meghan do realize not all people have a bath tub. They have showers. We gave our sons teacher a gift certificate. & beautiful glas apple paper weight or could be used as a book end. Mr Thorp called me and asked where did i get the apple paper weight he would like to get 1 more for his other bookshelf. I was so pleased. I told him i had a extra and will give it to him. They were $45.39 a peice.
When I was a teacher I would get some many nice shower gels and perfumes but one favourite gift was from an indian girl, she gave me a framed budda statue. It's still on my wall.
I'm a retired teacher. Don't buy "stuff" because teachers are showered with things like bath bombs. What we really like are gift cards to places like Target, the movies or a restaurant. We don't make much money, so gift cards are really appreciated! If you really want something to unwrap, just attach the gift card to a tin of popcorn or cookies. And don't forget to tell him/her Thank You for teaching my child!!!!
As a teacher I can tell you that your gift would be hilarious. Please, don’t give your kids teacher a mug or glass. The best gift is actually an Amazon gift card. Most teachers shop at Amazon so it’s an easy gift that we like.

Depicts a standing
Free Andrew Tate and make him Women's Reproductive Rights Czar. Let him and Matt Gaetz go wild on women's stuff.
Megyn! I always wondered what your husband is like. Thank you for introducing all of us to him. He seems super nice.
❤
He has his own podcast and its great!
Hilarious! I just love your honesty, Megyn.
He hangs on your every word. Sweet couple. Thanks.
Thank you for Sharing the Real you and Family.... 🎅
Lucky man, lucky woman. He looks at you so adoringly ❤
I would be willing to bet that the test tubes were that teacher's favorite gift 100%
I used to be a teacher and I would love this gift😂😂😂
😆😆😆
I would love it too. As an adult that's totally fun!
As a retired elementary school teacher… I would have laughed if I got that! You would have been the talk of the teacher’s lounge. 😂😂😂😂
What a pleasure it is to watch a married couple who really do like and respect each other.
Doug knows he scored with Megyn. So sweet, smart and beautiful and seems like a wonderful wife and mother. We all know how smart and quick witted she is. This was a cute side of her.

I’m married to a retired teacher. She received a lot of Christmas ornaments and mugs.
Your husband seems to be a great person. You are very fortunate ❤

Merry Christmas to you you and your sweet family. God bless you all ❤
Merry Christmas Megyn to you and your family. The chemistry is still there you two, inspiring to see.🎄🎄🎄
Hahaha, this is so funny! The way you tell the story is so entertaining!
Such good laughs between the Tivoli Gardens photos and the teachers gifts. Thanks,
Guys.
That was quite a chuckle...Note to self, read and research the kids gifts more closely in the future. 😂 Merry Christmas Megyn & Doug.

Tell Doug 'The Mysterious Case of Rudolf Diesel' is fantastic. What a tale. Merry Christmas to all!
Loved this
I'm a retired teacher...and now I'm raising my grandkids...I give the teachers five bucks for their vending machine...they tell me it's their best present.
This is so funny!!!!!

You're an angel. I'm sure those teachers really appreciated you!!!!
You killed it this year! Thanks for sharing your time and wisdom with us! Merry Christmas from North Carolina!
That's hilarious 😂
Lovely couple, enjoy Megyn so much
Do what you think is right. Remember, they are the ones who will stand in front of your child when something happens.
I received the same test tube bath additives, they are fabulous!
What a beautiful looking couple 🥰

😂😂😂 I'm sooo loving this ❤❤
I am so jelly of Doug.
I can’t imagine why a woman who is so well off would NOT give her kids’ teachers gifts! Wow!
I don't understand the reason you have to give teachers gifts.

Great story! Merry Christmas to you both and your family!

A teacher's funny story for years to come 😂
We always gave in elementary school a card and a little present to our teacher! Something small that we picked out
You are a smart, funny woman. Your spouse seems to be a great catch. 😊. Merry Christmas Megyn.
Love it 😆😆😆
I just did an Amazon gift card for my son’s teacher. Easy to carry and she seemed happy with it. 😅
Those titles are exactly what a teacher needs. That and a gift card to a liquor store
My son refused to take Panettone to his teachers. I can't imagine if I loaded him up with creepy bath bomb messages. 🤣
My husband and I were just talking about where we could get some Pannetone for Christmas. We love it toasted with tons of butter❤
Very amusing!
My kids have all said I am the very best at choosing gifts for each person. I put a lot of effort into it.

Love the shirt!! ❤
Barnes and Noble is the ticket! The teacher can buy a book for the class or for themselves.
Working Moms need a break❤️
Why are you so worried about what they said on them . When you swear like a trooper on air.😮
Lol!!!! Love it ❤❤❤
God bless Meg, Glenn, Tucker, Gutfield, Kirk, Hannity, Jesse..... we are so blessed this season celebrating Jesus Christ birth. Most of my family lost faith, but I haven't and I'll keep working at it. Thanks Fox news, thanks X for fighting for a Christian future.
I've never even heard of giving a teacher a Christmas present.

Next time how about a Starbucks gift card with a mug and chocolates. Candles were another good option.
NO MORE MUGS!

Just save your money or add more chocolate.
Teachers absolutely deserve a gift. They spend so much $ in their class many times leaving their own families aside for your children. And all with love.
Buying teacher gifts is just a part of our consumeristic society. Everyone today believes they have to buy everyone a gift.
Megyn thanks for having your husband it was so nice to see him.
OMG, that’s hilarious! 😂 totally something that would happen to me.
They are a great couple.

Does anyone else think her husband looks a bit like Pierce Brosnan?
And that's why I send my four kids in with gift cards for the teachers! LOL!
Whoa! I got the 3rd comment in! Love you Miss Kelly.
When I was a teacher I would get some many nice shower gels and perfumes but one favourite gift was from an indian girl, she gave me a framed budda statue. It's still on my wall.
I have never heard of parents giving gifts to teachers for the holidays.
Teachers just love gift cards!
I'm the same way. Since I was a kid, there has always been VOLUME under the tree=)
You have to have a full tree done can’t be skimpy
I really like Megyn but what is with people and what they name their kids? Whatever happened to regular nice names like David or Megyn? smh
As a teacher I can tell you that your gift would be hilarious.
Please, don’t give your kids teacher a mug or glass.
The best gift is actually an Amazon gift card.
Most teachers shop at Amazon so it’s an easy gift that we like.
Get Naked! 😂😂😂
You’re the best Megyn!
The children have such unusual names - but sure they must look stunning as there is a great gene pool between these two!
My thoughts exactly… yikes
Love 💘 this lady youra lucky guy
When I was a kid, nobody brought presents to the teachers...
Some presents but do remember it is the thought that counts!😊😂
these are private school parent concerns
What a gorgeous husband you have. I noticed a book written by Nelson DeMille. He was my favorite author!
Your husband has a “news anchor-type” voice.
No sentence that begins with "So I pulled up the website so [the kids] could look at it while I was getting ready" ends with anything good. 😅😅😅
That is one lucky guy
