Fascinating to watch, but difficult at the same time when seeing these chaps working in medieval conditions, especially the ones doing the grinding and polishing. You can just see a drop in life expectancy and/or poor health due to years of unprotected exposure. Just look at the colour of the faces of the ones doing the polishing!

I'm impressed by the craftsmanship of these men BUT, the owner of this factory should provide them with proper gear since I am sure he's making millions. Considering they have been doing this for many years, the running water being wasted is not good. They could filter and recycle the water and use it again. The chemical they use is not safely disposed, it gets mixed into the ground and is bad for the environment.

This is factory without robots. Good for the workers bc they’re employed but safety should be considered. The guy that was polishing was basically covered to where you can’t see his skin color . Hazardous to their health to the max.
