I can’t believe you have a 50 minute video about the interview process. My interview with my recruiter was her asking me 5 questions, and it was more of a conversation (trying not to scare away newcomers). The interview with the deputy warden and chief of security was also very lax and lasted 10 minutes, maybe. We just talked about expectations.

Went through the process here in Arizona, the interview process was long but I'd say very easy. It seems they will throw anyone healthy into the Academy and see what happens.
I haven't been to Academy yet, the recruiter warned me the first couple weeks will be rough. We'll see.
