Depression is pretty much described with that line for me. Even when things are going great I still have those times where I'm actually happy with life but inside I'm still sad and torn. It's a never ending internal conflict, I'm just happy that some days it stays internal and I'm able to show happiness on the outside.

My partner n I use to listen to Come back Home together all the time. He‘s been dead almost two years now. I come back to the music we would spend hours listening to on repeat rolling around on the floor just having the time of our lives, together.
