RP I did exactly the same thing on a ketogenic diet without having to do that. Just cut out sugar and carbs and replace them with protein and healthy fats, plus low starch vegetables. No use doing the exercise if you're going to shovel sugar and carbohydrates into your body. You'll still end up a type 2 diabetic.
