How did you get all those heros? I have been trying to recruit them but have not had much luck. I'm not spending a bunch of money on this game to me it's not worth it.
You gain both Vintage Wine and Homebrew, from half the things you do in this game. You just have to be disciplined about what you do with your boxes. Never use DIY's for resources, for example -- no matter how long mining/raiding takes. The single best investment you can make with any box is the 60min Speedup. I have 423 of them right now. As long as you play with a sense of purpose and direction, complete all your dailies and objectives, and pull everything that costs resources instead of gold, from the market, you'll have a dozen legendaries in no time at all. By converting your loose resources into tokens in the market, you prevent people robbing you, and by never logging off with more than a million of any resource, the few people that scout you now and then, aren't going to bother wasting their troops on such a meager prize. IMPORTANT : don't use the Vintage Wine one at a time. EVER. 9 bottles for 10 heroes does add up, I promise you. I have been playing a little under three weeks now, and just got my twelfth legendary (Darius) this morning. I have 74 Vintage Wine and 311 Homebrew ready and waiting for the next Alliance Crush event, as I do not use them outside of events. The exception being the one Vintage Wine and seven Homebrews that you get free every day, of course. Every time there's an Alliance Crush event, I stay up for reset and buy all ten extra chances while everyone else is asleep. You get gold from a LOT of activities in game, so saving up the cost of those ten extra chances twice a month, really isn't difficult.
K31 here, interesting perspective on heroes. I'm curious about your success with the titan ? If you're still experimenting, try freya/lluna and hit the equalize button and send it. My other question is what troop type do you have- just T11s or t9-10-11s ?
