70000 ‘Britannia’ and 44871 head to Bath and Bristol. 30/11/24

It’s been a while since I was out with the camera so I headed down to the Bristol area to meet ‪@WestCountrySteamVideos‬ for a long overdue catch up and to film two steam tours.
A later than usual start meant my first shot would be of 70000 ‘Britannia’ at Freshford, heading Steam Dreams’ Bath Christmas Market Railtour from London Victoria to Bath and return. After seeing the Brit we headed to Keynsham to get Black 5 44871 with the Railway Touring Companies ‘Bath and Bristol Christmas Express’. Food and beer was the next priority so we headed to a nearby pub whilst waiting for the return of the Brit. Not the best shot as a unit was occupying the platform but sounded good regardless.
