you can go to download mode by using jig cable, from there flash the stock rom with odin or other software with the same function. you can make your own jig cable. search in youtube for it

My Galaxy S10+ wouldn't enter ANY mode using any button combination until I connected the USB cable to my PC and then used the Vol+, Bixby and Power ON button combination. Nothing else worked no matter what I tried, including the help on this video.
