@@Commentator488 Short answer Because its my subjective opinion Long answer. For me, this song is a masterpiece in combining Serbian history but still having an overall message for all people in the world. I know for people without Serbian background this may not work on the same level. Furthermore, I feel drawn into the song immediately with that perfect staging. One cann really see that they put a lot of work into the whole staging including that fascinating ending. Sure there are many great esc songs in history but this the emotional masterpiece I can relate to the most. I have to add, that I not a fan of such fun entries. I like the more serious, emotional songs which many people find boring. For example Latvias Song or Grito from Iolanda thats what I am looking for in the contest.
@@Commentator488 I know more than enough about the serbian history because I studied it. Do you wanna test me on that? Fine do it And no its not exaggerating and you wanna why (I already wrote it by the way)? Because I an not speaking from an objective standpoint but for me. And for me it is the best ESC song ever. You may disagree and thats fine but since its my subject opinion it cannot be wrong. If strawberry is the best ice cream in the world for me , than thats my subjective opinion.
This song is complete! Voice, vocals, styling, visual effects to match, text, message, emotion, dynamics, holds attention, has story and drama... What else is needed to win?
Just to add a comment about rain and Loreen… this song is all about rain bringing life to dry out flowers so it’s hard to avoid that elements. Thus her wet hair, white rain drop splashing over her in first chorus, thunders and storm, and ramonda flourish at the end. For me, it’s complete masterpiece, everything is brought together in amazing way, her voice, melody, emotions, staging… Winner for me! 👑❤️
I absolutely adore this entry. The symbolism and story pf the lyrics is truly heartbreaking and multifaceted, though the chorus is repetitive it is really beautiful and suits the song, her voice is beautiful and unique, I love her manner of performing and hoe it draws you in, the instrumental and arrangement are haunting, the melody and arrangement is beautiful, the staging is simple yet stunning, it really is unique for this year considering how slow and haunting it is, she really gives me a Billie Eilish vibe which is really modern and contemporary, the imagery in the lyrics and staging suit each other perfectly and the performance is absolutely perfect for this song. The song and performance give me chills. I remember just hit first time listening to it and just being stopped in my tracks because of its beauty and simplicity without knowing the lyrics and now that I know what they mean they hit even harder, that is simply the power of music to me and part of why I love Eurovision so much. This will easily qualify and could won the contest due to the lack of ballads this year and people who need this will probably give it a vote due to very few songs being like this in the likely field of the final. It will be a beautiful moment live on stage and I am so excited to see how it is brought to life. This is easily a 10/10 this year and as I keep saying the fact that this doesn’t even touch my top 5 in my ranking shows how much of a bloodbath this year is.
Ramonda is the national flower but it's a metaphorical use here.. It's about introvert person, suffering loneliness and depression. And all dark thoughts she has... And the end of the song is that there is a hope.. No matter how low chances she has.. Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪🍀🤞💕
Ramonda Serbica is an endemic flower that can survive very harsh conditions and ressurect. The song can have personal meaning for everyone who goes through hardships. My favourite was Konstrakta but this is good entry too.
Why didn't you follow PZE? It was literally the best National Finals this year, so many good songs and the interval acts were amazing. It was also better than many actual Eurovision years.
The rock at the beginning symbolizes the island of Corfu where the Serbs retreated, where the skeletons of deceased comrades are still in the sea called the blue tomb. The purple dots going up symbolize the departed souls of the soldiers who gave their lives for the gates going to heaven. Those who recovered returned to the war and liberated Serbia, and thus their return was called the attack of the living dead for the Nazis. The song symbolizes, in addition to Serbia, the situation in the world, that one should not lose hope and that in the end, good always rises and defeats evil, both in the person and in the world. Ramonda is like a phoenix flower in each of us, that piece of the soul that tells us through intuition when something is not good or when we are in trouble and that tranquility when we are at peace. The yellow light that spreads on the floor represents the chaos and destruction that spreads in a moment so that no one can react in time and prevent the chaos. Like a wave of dust, the destruction destroys everything in front of it where at that moment she asks where Lila Ramonda has gone. We don't know what we have until we lose. The thunderbolts symbolize our internal struggles that we lead with ourselves in making the right decisions, and shes faltering is actually our inner question of whether we have made the right decision, as if we are treading on the edge of a knife through life.
To be honest I don't believe this song will be in the final. Konstrakta with "Novo, bolje" was my favourite, and I am sad that she will not represent our neighbour Serbia this year in Malmö but I am truly happy that ultra nationalism "Breskvica" with their "Gnezo Orlovo" didn't win Serbian contest and that's good. We don't need Serbian nationalism on Eurovision that's for sure.
I'm opposite. But to me Gnezdo Orlovi was too soft. Should have had 10 huge old-style drums, thundering sound of war, making every Slav from Prague to Vladivostok and all German, Celt and Scandinavian blood boil.
For me thats the best ESC Song ever. My winner 2024

Our Teya Dora 💜 🪻 She is amazing artist, she wrote Ramonda and also lyrics
extremely good song, crystal clear voice, performance scene and a very strong message to the world through the symbolism of the flower
Teya just brings a lot of beautiful emotions and tell a story of hope with Ramonda 🌸

The song's message is about peace and is anti war... I reckon many people/countries can relate to that, so that's why it will definitely do well.
could not agree more with your comments about Loreen
The hair and clothes have nothing to do with loreen because loreen didn‘t invent this style haha
🍀
No panini makers must be used in the staging of this song?
yeah, she will have to adjust her outfit for the ESC. otherwise 10/10
That is her style for years now
I doubt she will change anything in her style
