I am in absolute awe of you sir. Having just got the platinum in this game today, I know how hard it is to finish one level on master, let alone the whole thing. I really don't know what I just watched, and you did it all with Phobos, which admittedly, has awesome firepower, but the Nemisis ship was always my go to ship for it's speed and boost recharge. There is a moment in the 21st minute mark where you manage to avoid a load fire, and revenge fire and I really don't know how you did it. Amazing video.
i usually use phobos, but when i went for completing it on veteran mode and the 1CC trophy i had to use nemesis as he's always handy for a drastic escape, also amazing job, well done

Very late reply, but the only main-guns are Ferox, Nemesis and Phobos. Video uses Phobos. Ferox is just straight shots and Nemesis are weak primaries but homing secondaries. There exists another DLC weapon that can shoot in any direction you point but I'm not sure if you can use it in the main-game.

But on the 3rd boss, shoot out one of the boxes from the boss, but don't shoot the box. wait a bit, go and shoot the boss again so the 2nd box comes out. Let those 2 boxes overlap, then overdrive on 2 boxes instead of 1. I've tried 3 boxes, but they never seem to line up properly.

How do you play on hero mode. I have rookie, experienced, veteran, and master.
5 years too late, but you automatically start on Hero mode when you beat arcade on Master.

Jeremy Choy Saving all the humans at once is supposed to be a big score boost as well, but I could never get the hang of juggling on master.
Game is way too busy for my taste.
