BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury, who defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet.
The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound, their near-implosion as Mercury's lifestyle spirals out of control, and their triumphant reunion on the eve of Live Aid, where Mercury, facing a life-threatening illness, leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that were always more like family, and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.

Flicks And The City Clips, I haven't seen Bohemian Rhapsody, the film yet. I have seen the trailers, on TH-cam. They are simply a work of art. If only, Freddie Mercury hadn't died, and John Deacon hadn't retired. They would have been proud to be part of a great film, with great acting, too, from everyone involved in Bohemian Rhapsody, the film. It would have been nice to hear their inputs, too. RIP Freddie, Mr and Mrs Bulsara, and Freddie's partner, Jim Hutton. 😥❤

todoballs Same but the way Roger Taylor sings is not very easy to achieve. He has a very very raspy voice, whereas Ben’s tends to be quite melodic. I’m not saying it’s not achievable, but I feel as though it wouldn’t sound right? If that makes sense.

Just got back from the premiere at Wembley arena and WOW! The movie blew me away. I laughed, cried and sang along with thousands of other people. Amazing film. Definitely a must see!
@@Eamonnpd2 it does focus on Freddie mainly but they don't leave the others out completely. I won't give away any spoilers but I hope you enjoy the film! :)
I went to the premier in Norfolk (kings Lynn norfolk England where Roger Taylor was born) not as amazing as wemberly but I know that in the cinema here to Wembley the reaction would be the same. I wish I took tissues.

I hope he gets more roles.. I see a lot of potential in this young man.
I would like to hear more about how Ben Hardy considered his character. Roger is well-read and more than just the wild cute guy or the drummer. Among the four, I think he has the best balanced ego and probably the toughest. Roger Taylor was the most intellectual--Brian and John are smart and scientists (but emotional), Freddie artistic, but Taylor could deal with abstract ideas! I hope the script included some of those things so we get to see them in the film. Among all of these, I think he was the least likely to take the group, Queen, for granted. He knew that being in a rock band that hits big takes talent and hard work, but it also takes luck. Taylor is a hard core realist with a very good mind. IMHO. Taylor didn't always get his way in Queen, but he stood his ground and was definitely his own man. Actually, Allen Leech could have played Roger--he would have done the character work to make it work.

Luckily my mom is the biggest queen fan I have ever know in my own life. She’s know for a very very long time and she loves their music and she woukd try to get me into it. I was never really a fan until this movie came out and now we share our thoughts about queen to each other and it brought us so much closer. I’m basically obsessed.
