WHILE THE BOAT IS STILL ROCKING!!! I am actually so happy to hear nobody that nobody moved in your theater. The ending, to me, symbolized how quick we as a society disregard mental illness and those suffering from it. We as the viewer have witnessed the world through his eyes, suffered with him, witnessed all of his trauma over a 3 hour span -- and still so many people leave the theater as soon as the screen reads "Ari Aster"... while the boat is still rocking.
This was honestly fucking hilarious, there was so many plot twists, from the crib in the room, the getting there a day early the whole “skin on your nuts is a nice material, ballsack loafters” montage had me crying laughing. Thank you mother sarah
