Mine are growing lots ( of mold 🤬) !!! So glad I found you. Your video is very helpful. This is my first year trying hydroponics.

Darn, they are tricky and conditions are specific to everyone’s area. I’ll be posting more - appreciate you leaving comments! 😊

Very interesting process, hope you get lots of gorgeous tulips... I'm sure you will. How long before blooms appear?

Where could I purchase these tray’s & fertilizer? This looks like an awesome way to grow tulips!

I agree! I bought the trays from Leo Berbee Bulb Co and the fertilizer can be purchased from any hydroponics supplier or I bought mine on Amazon!

You’re welcome! A little mold is ok, especially in soil but too much is no good for hydroponics! I have had to pull several more out of the prick trays to throw as they had grown more mold yet 😢

could you reply me why you change the water for every 4-5day? i couldnt find any reference for that. thank you for the infotmative video!

I believe it was a Cornell article. That’s where I’ve gotten a lot of my info. Some hydroponic systems have the water and nutrients moving over the bulbs and cycling through. I don’t have that set up so I change my water. I have since heard some smaller growers change their water closer to 7 days. Cornell also recommends fertilizer-water during the week and just clean water on the weekends to keep better ph and nutrient levels.
