That’s awesome. You can see it in Tom’s face the second they reveal it. The tears of joy and the happiness in his eyes and face was perfect. Happy Retirement Tom!!!
It’s amazing to see Shake Me being brought back after so many years. Tom drove that during the USHRA years. Take Pittsburgh, Pa November 4th, 1988 as an example.
Absolutely incredible work by Jamey, Mark and everyone who helped pull this off. This is where Tom got his start in professional motorsports and those of us who were there know how important that is.
Pittsburgh,Pa 1988. Tom Meents was a young 21 year old man at the time, unaware that almost 36 years later, he would become a 14 time Monster Jam World Champion.
Shake Me looks as beautiful as she did in her glory days of mud racing. You could really see it in Tom's eyes; this meant the world to him. And to hear him talk about how his dad would've loved to see this...that brings a tear to my eye.
Brother I just busted in tears I ain't lose my dad yet but I lost my mom I feel for Tom but thankful to have him walk among us 14 time champion I remember following you every win one by one

You know things are getting real when Tom Meents be crying up.
I actually made Tom cry once by giving him a farewell card, which I would upload but I don't have enough subs to face reveal yet.

I did the DiCaprio pointing meme when Monster Jam remembered its USHRA mud racing roots. God I miss that being part of shows.
I've been talking about tom leaving for 4 years now and now I unfortunately have to say, Monster Jam is Never going to be the same again...
Like when Dennis left and then we got an entire generation of drivers that were even more skilled and exciting. It won’t be the same. It’ll be better
God bless Tom Meents.
As a major fan of anything mud and monster, seeing that was like seeing a ghost rise from the grave
