- The Metro/Subway and trains across Portugal are across the street, and location is excellent. The neighborhood is modern and great, and the hotel fits it all. Plus, a surprise at the end of this video on Ricky Gervais's Armageddon Tour.

You said 3:35 , “being old, I like being around young people” What a lovely thing to say ! ( I feel the same way)
I love living in the Algarve, but one of the drawbacks is that there aren’t a lot of young people around , especially out of season (Winter ) .
Most of the young people in Portugal speak very good english. Nice hotel review.

I saw this hotel online, but it looks too much like the Moxy 1 block from where I live, in California. Hehe! I also wanted to spend less, and have more character. But, it would have been handy if I had a very early train ride.

How is your trip going overall in Portugal?
We actually did our trip in the fall and left Portugal in late October. It usually takes us...well me actually....a long time to do the videos. Lots of time to comb through video and all that. Portugal was great and some videos about many of the spots visited etc, still to come. Sorry for the delay. I think we take way too much video and pics. 😄
