Unless you're referring to the "empowered" skills, but in this case you need to wait 15 second to use them, and you can only use once... they're not passives
My boy singed from the first original 17 champions suddenly became a modern league champ from those absurd amounts of passives lmao. The change of WW's Q (1st ability) is a mixed bag for me, it was nice to hold it when you're anticipating a dash will be performed by the enemy
Singed is gonna be broken, and i dont mind, hes been weak as f even with full items. The guys that just randomly pick him up will still be bad at him, it takes a long while to become decent singed lucky ive already done that part on pc long ago
I think Warwick will finally die. While all the recent reworks received only advantages - including Singed - Warwick received many compromises. Control from the ultimate has decreased by 3 times, the ultimate itself is now made boring and you have no choice “spend your ultimate and run away, or give control and finish off the enemy.” His W, judging by the description, is now a braindead skill. They reworked something that worked great, they just needed to give Warwick the ability to play better in the mid game

I disagree, K'Sante has a way better kit overall than singed Singed has to wait 13 seconds minimum to empower a single skill, and after that he's pretty much stuck with his old kit And for singed to CC you properly he still needs to pray you're dumb enough to position yourself to his W.... And unless they decided to change his numbers...he will continue having a terrible early game and an even worse 1V1... And he also had to sacrifice his passive for this new kit, so he can dash at the team fight but he will not have the 20-100% bonus speed he could get, so his stuck there with no mobility and only his Q This rework will make him way better, but I think people really underestimate the weaknesses of this champion. Most people will pick this champion thinking it will be easy, just to discover how hard it is to play him
at last singed shield had an actual visual uses other than smashing his enemy with it... he had a charging ability now.. that's great as a singed main... he got a lot of passive though... must be shimmers effect...

Back then old league WW can survive but now with current WW you're playing chicken to see whether your ultimate gonna bring good or bad since how squishy he is with no skill to escape if they implement the original old league WW ultimate

I’m here wondering now if Warwick already got some change to his kit I didn’t know about (haven’t played Rift in a while) cause his E and R reference things that aren’t even part of the skills I know lol (extra damage on E and empowered auto on R?) Also bit of feedback, I watched most of the vid at x2 speed and was able to read everything still, each text box might be on the screen for longer than necessary lol
I would have liked it more if Singed gets some kind of Tenacity buff so he can run in grab the ADC and kill them, I would have also liked a Ability buff where his throw into W will make the Area larger and do the same Damage when thrown onto another Champion. I thought I can finally play him Toplane without him being garbage they literally even took his Speed buff??????????

Like on akali pc when her 1st phase ult she was able to dash without needing an enemy nearby, so when things got ugly it'll be much easier to escape. Yeah, warwick is not an assassin, but he's not tanky as well. Much like riven or fiora 2 hard cc's then he's out or at least having a hard time.
you can jump but you need to manual drag it to enemy heroes, which is arguably harder in teamfight. Might be faster but if it makes it easier to missclick q then it’s a nerf in my book.
