They are far smaller than they used to be and was mostly breading.. the piece of fish was almost none! Going to use your recipe and make our own tomorrow night. Steak and sweet potato is on for tonight. God bless!
The kid in me still hankers for fish finger sambos now and again. Nowadays I use sourdough rolls; add cheese and tartare sauce (and occasionally lettuce). It's an upgraded childhood 😃
The lad loves fish finger tacos 🤷♀️ and gets excited when he sees them on his plate. Logan even enjoys seasoned boiled crayfish.😳 He is adventurous but won’t eat a blt sandwich only a bacon one. He would go nuts for your fish fingers keef 👍🏼❤️
You pronounce it perfectly and a very suitable film to do it when I was little and my father had bought som really good fresh cod filets and the only thing I wanted was fish fingers so my father made it
Very nice Keef a lot better than the shop ones. A little tip for any breadcrumbs u have left over dry them out in a 125 degree oven for about half an hour and hey presto u have homemade panko, although u probably know that already.
This strikes me as a great coating to serve white fish even if you don't shape them into sticks. Now I want fish fingers, is their going to be a "Keefs Fingers" line in the shops? :D

Like you, I make my own breadcrumbs on my over fifty year old Kenwood mixer liquidiser then leave them out in the sun here in Thailand to crisp up. Those fish fingers look very tasty and I like your tartar sauce. Nice one. I suspect you have an engineering background. The callipers are a clue. Keep the videos coming. They're great.
I used to love fish fingers/sticks when I was a kid, but they've become incrementally more terrible, regardless of the brand. I think I'd go with something other than cod, which when fresh, always strikes me as having the flavor of egg whites. Haddock's more fun. After I post this, I need to see if Mr. Bezos stocks Meat Glue. I really enjoyed this video!

I don’t get this at all, far to much faf and messing around with poor quality fish and meat glue WHAT! It looked nice on the plate but made me feel a bit sick watching it being made. Loved the slow motion on the bread crumbs tho. Sorry keef this one just didn’t do it for me. Take care .
