Three Colchester councillors received an FOI, none replied.

The BBC should be held up in court over this and the evidence of the collution with the council and false represention of the facts would be supported by a judge. This should not be left to Offcom as it will be whitewashed. This has to go to court. PS highly recommend the full clip being watched from the link.
