The programs are absolutely terrible on this machine. The machine proudly states it has a capacity of 9kg. Be warned that auto can only do 3.5kg and cottons can only do 5kg. Not sure why they have these limitations in the program. If you put a duvet into the machine you can only wash a 2kg duvet in the delicate or wool setting. If your duvet is heavier it want provide enough water to completely wet the duvet. Not sure what the logic is behind the programs, but they severly limit what you can wash. Furthermore there isn't a custom program where you can do what you want. Not impressed by this bosch 😔
