How to get out of the map in Cyberpunk 2077.

Theres some cut buildings and weird sightings in the Backrooms

The wind kicking up sand effect seems to come from one of the endings in Phantom Liberty. Crossing the border sets off the trigger for the dirt to get kicked up by a helicopter but with no other animations queued up so all you see is the dirt being blown around. Pretty cool.
