Is there a way to add a third confirmation momentary switch to engage the mode selection only after the Taranis enunciates the mode? I want to avoid the "hard" mode switches as I might be flying line of sight while searching for the mode.
Flashed an Omnibus F4Pro w/ Arudplane. Using Ublox GPS and FrSky X8R Rx. So far things are falling into place, however RSSI is not properly reporting in the OSD. For my iNav setups, I would configure a channel for RSSI, configure the input for that channel and set some weights and offsets and it work. Trying that same approach in Arduplane it is showing 21 or 22 for RSSI and doesn't change when I move around. Any ideas?
I'm waiting a little longer before tackling Ardupilot on traditional Flight controllers and doing some videos so I've not had chance to play yet. If you figure it out, do let me know. Best of luck!
Both stable test flights with poorly designed craft. I'd call that a success. Counter rotating props a good idea but 12 of em? Ehang looks better with 8. Imagine what that would cost not counting batteries. The rest of the craft is affordable.

Can a pixhawk fc board work in a maned size craft. Have you ever seen info on motors and controls large enough for same?
No idea, in theory - possibly? I'd be fascinated to see someone give it a go! :D
I have a Taylorcraft project to do but I'd rather do a man quad. Unfortunately I'm old and broke, your backing might help :)
