Thanks Ajay for inviting me on your channel and giving me this opportunity. It was great experience to share my professional journey and helping people who are struggling to switch from support role to dev. Everyone stay motivated, you all can achieve your goals with determination and smart work.
This podcast was completely relatable to my current situation as I am also preparing to switch from Non tech to Tech and I was just waiting for this podcast as I also have done BCA and currently I am in last semester of MCA, preparing for Full Stack Web Developer along with doing a job in MNC, its not easy to do 3 things all at a time but thank you for this content Sir, you don't how many people you are helping indirectly by sharing such a honest and unfiltered content. Thank you sooo much.
Recently, I have been rejected many times without any interview, but now i am getting interviews , i even cleared 2 companies as well, but they backed out due to my 90-day notice period. Just now i got a call from one of them informing me that they need someone who can join within 30 days. It hurts man. But i am not losing hope, I will keep going.
@@Backbencher_coder yes i am gonna try with them one more time will say that i can join them in 30days, but that can be done only if they give me offer first, then i will ask my manager But what happens if they agree and manager doesn't release me in 30 days? That offer would be gone right , then ? I will be on NP without any offer.
@@Backbencher_coderhello sir, it was truly inspiring and somewhere related to me I have completed bca last year also got placement from Infosys but they are not onboarding sir.. I have waited for 1 year.... I am worried now.. please suggest some advice.
90 days notice period is nice only if you are able to get your first offer. The first company is always sceptical these days as this has become a general trend that you will not go with the first offer. I had similar change of tech stack where I switched from TCS (7+ Years) to a product based company with 3x + hike. There are two types of HR basically one who follow the dogmatic style of offer and are always sticking to your current CTC and the other who are literally looking out for talents , these HRs will just care about your last offer that you hold. Basically service based companies are quite demotivating and are mostly using older version of tech stack. If you want to keep learning the best version of tech stack that you are a part of then I would suggest going with mid cap sized companies and startups(if you can afford to be at risk for a certain period of time as these companies are a bit unstable and take random layoff decisions at times).
I am hardware engineer in dell technologies and now I am doing BCA in head distance from IGNOU university and doing full stack developer course side by side and I am trying from now but all companies without interview Refuses, I get very demotivated
I just want to add one point here. You are interview people who got selected around 1 year back and the current job market condition is not same as one year back. I feel this can send the wrong message to the audience

Yesterday I gave an interview which was providing me only 9.5 lpa package the question asked was to make a generator function which on clock of a button generates next prime number I successfully created it and one question they asked to swap all the zeroes to right i did this too but i don't know why they were asking soo tough questions in such a meagre package ,i have the second round on Monday 🥺🥺
Some companies do that. Don't worry, focus on clearing the final interview and grab the offer. Then use it as a counter offer in other companies. You'll definitely get more than 15LPA 😊
