But some people have a desire to change their Tech Stack and try something new💡
This story is no different Recently I got a chance to have a conversation with Manohar Batra ( @ManoharBatra ) on our Podcast and learn a lot of things from his journey 😀
He started his career from TCS where he was offered an initial package of 3.18 LPA 💸 But after hustling for 2.7 years he was finally able to switch to a Mumbai based product based company named as QAD in Support role.
He spent almost 6.8 years in that company working in different kind of projects And Finally found his interest and passion in Frontend Development and made a switch to IBM as a Senior Application Developer.

First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. Both of you have truly been an inspiration to me during the COVID-19 period. I almost lost my job, and while I was searching for solutions, I started following both of you. That's when I realized how to prepare for interviews.
I have over 8 years of experience in full-stack development, including PHP, Node.js, and Angular. I have been working at CTS at a significant scale and have had an excellent role that I'm very happy with.
What's most important for me is confidence. Whenever I see Ajay, especially, I always think of him as an informative and, most importantly, a guiding mentor. The same goes for Manohar. I may have more experience on paper, but both of you are far ahead in terms of knowledge and guidance.

Hello bro , I am starting journey this month in TCS Pune. Ninja role . I want to ask that I am feared that if they give me support role, then what will happen. Can u give me guidance that what we need to do after getting this experience. How do you learn and give interview and what questions u faced .
I would like to share one of my experiences. I am a senior or somewhat of a module lead in one of my client-side projects. You know what the problem is? My manager always asks me after 1 month, "Rakesh, how many tasks have you worked on, and why is the sprint not progressing?" So, from day 1, I developed the habit of preparing daily work Excel sheets and sharing them at the end of each month.

Sir mene kal ek interview Diya front-end developer ke liye unhone mujhse interview me ek website ka page banvaya or mene vo interview clear kr diya lekin ab bol rahe apko 2 years ka bond sign krna hoga or blank check dena hoga or unhone koi offer letter nhi diya or bol rhe hai ki offer letter 6 months bad millega or vo mujhe 6 month tak 6000 salary dege uske bad vo 9000 ho jaygi fir after one year vo mujhe 12000 dege to me apse puchna chahta hu ki me company join kru ya nahi please reply sir

I had prior exp on frontend but I was hopping on and off on internal tools then I finally decided to choose my path
