  • Talk about acrobatics. These gibbons in Borneo can swing from branch to branch, sometimes up to 30 feet. And that's without a rope or safety net!

It would be pretty fun to swing through the trees like a gibbon

Absolutely. Give Attenborough the same images and he would say something enlightening and inspiring. This guy can't even entertain.

Comparing people to Attenborough is like comparing them to Jesus. Come on, the cards are stacked against just about anyone.

That's just Nat. Geo's take. Find some by the BBC, they tend to be very tastefully done. David Attenburough is my favorite.

Do, do, do, the funky gibbon (the funky gibb-on),
We are here to show you how (oo oo oo),
Ooo, ooo, ooo, the funky gibbon (the funky gibb-on),
    It's just like you,
    so come on and do
    the funky gibbon now......

humans didn't evolve from any of the monkeys living nowadays. Not chimps, not gorillas, not bonobos and not gibbons. Other animals are not our ancestors, or our "parents" but they are our relatives or "cousins". Gibbons are some of our closest relatives, after the great apes family.
