I noticed there is not an oven for baking. Viewing many real estate presentations most residents are not equipped with ovens in the philippines. Do people not bake in the philippines? Relocating there from the US and baking is one of my hobbies. Thank you

Wow fabulous property and great view!! Its just that the interior contains elements that kill the elegance of the house. Green and red for instance doe not necessarily exude a good harmony. that's just the downside I see in the interior. Otherwise, its a great property!

For instance Kalishna Zen Residences is a good standpoint or similar area to choose from. Do you have recommendations? We would like to have an infinity pool facility included. I see some youtube ads of similar property ranging 28M to 31M. That's at least the range of price were looking for.
