The monthly gazettes are the best value along with the growth bundle/noble paths. Preorder bundle is also good if you want extra pulls and one copy each of every new hero in a season. I buy all those. I used to buy the pop up 1200% bundles but they can add up even tho they’re cheap so I stopped entirely for the past 2 seasons. I haven’t touched any of the limited premium pop ups cuz way too expensive. I might splurge in the future for a hero I really want to build up fast.

Zeebs... how about the Premium Season Path / Noble Path... how does it stack up to the Monthly Packs / Pre-Order / Growth Path / Pop=Ups ??
For my main account, I only get monthly packs, pre-order, season and noble paths. I don't get pop-ups and growth path. And I avoid buying limited. Once I bought yellow stones limited pack because I was desperate... but that's aboutt it.

How is pre-order bundle works? In my server the season is not started yet, could it be the case? We also have Valka and Lorsan banners as everyone else, but don't have pre-order with letters for them, how is that works...
the pre-order bundle usually comes up with the release of the new season or shortly after its release. That's when you can purchase it. For that you get some rewards instantly (1500 gems, 10x invite letters, 10x rate-up letters and 10x stargazer orbs), and the rest is locked and becomes available once the new hero drops. For every new hero you get 40x rate-up invites (for this hero ONLY), 500 gems, 10x normal invites and 5x stargazer orbs.

Pre-order coincides with character banner release. So you should see the pre-order bundle for Season 3 Heroes 5,6,7,8 soon... around the time the 5th hero will be announced. And then the pre-order for Season 4 Heroes 1,2,3,4 after that, etc.
If you didn't buy the pre-order in time, (it usually ends at the third day of the first hero in the pre-order,) the option to buy it disappears! Otherwise you should still see it, and the hero-specific envelopes + other items will be released each new banner.
