Great, another person to fill up the A-level slot on my Graveborn wishlist. None of them are remotely meta... except Bonnie.
Still one A-Level Graveborn too much or rather too early, though. =/ Since Bonnie is (currently) so strong in many game modes, including AFK stages, Dream Realm and especially PVP, I'd keep her on my wishlist until at least Paragon 2. Valka's rate-up banner will end soon, so she's a good addition for the other slot on the Graveborn A-Level wishlist. But Callan will join her only a few weeks later, which isn't enough at all for building her up properly. So at least if you want to collect all heroes it's too early. Just a bad spread of heroes in the banner. =/ (I also suppose that Valka will at least be strong for Ravaged Realm at the very end of the season.)
@ Is it too much though? Before we got Bonnie there were only 4 A level Graveborns yet they gave us 3 A level Lightbearers last season. After Callan is released Graveborn will finally be caught up to Maulers and Wilders in number of A level heroes while there's a whopping 10 A level Lightbearers
@ I agree that event with Callan included, there are not too many A-Level Graveborns. But he still comes too soon and there could/should be another, better order of new heroes.

They need more Graveborn A levels. It’s pretty unforgivable that I have enough copies of Salizar to take him S+ if I wanted. And I’m only a few away from an accidental Silvina paragon.
For some reason i thought he was supposed to be a tank with magic damage. That would have been much cooler for the synergy with Carolina but oh well
Hopefully they release a good A level this season so I can swap all the mats I put into the Valka hype

Kinda makes sense that he's A level since last season they gave us two A level Lightbearers, Sonja, then another A level, Hugin. So maybe there's a similar plan for this season. And since we know we're getting Shemira, I guess there's a good chance we'll be getting one more A level graveborn by season end.
We dont. We are gonna get 2 x S: Cyran LB and Shemira GB. AND 2 x A: Faramor W and Gerda M. AND Hypo Mage Cryonaia along Celestial Rouge Athalia.
This completes the 7 banner hero and 3 celhypo season list.
Sonja's an S level though.
@@remnants9974they were saying 2 a level (Luca and Sinbad) then Sonja (separate, so not a level), then another a level (Hugin) so she's the break in between all the a levels
I think they REALLY want to fill out that graveborn A-level wishlist slot since so far all of those heroes have been bad to okay, until Bonnie.
Also they went SASASASA in heroes last season so there's indeed a bit of a shocker that right now there's 2, possibly 3 A-levels in a row if Faramor is the next to be released.
@@malcovich_games It is a bit strange, though during song of strife they released Ulmus right after Soren's banner-up, so doesn't seem like it was originally the plan to alternate them anyway
Having read his kit, i think he'll be very useful in afk stages. He seems tanky, can take damage for teammates, and has crowd control. Also, if his encounter skill is %hp based, then he should be a solid afk pushing unit.
unless he is much better than Pesto and the tree, most people are not pulling for him unless they are either whales who must pull for every hero or new players who doesn't have pesto or tree.
Before Bonnie & Balkan there were only 4 A level graveborn, for me 2 already supreme +, the other 2 is legend+ & mythc
He's giving thoran with absorbing damage taken then converts to damage, thoran callan combo might go wild pvp and pve😂
Just got Valka to S÷, so I think I'll save for Shemira.
I love his design and all, but I'm not convinced he will have enough use to aim for as F2P. Let's hope he is worth it. I haven't pulled a banner since Lily.
Don't underestimate Callan. His Ult skill, combined with his Eternal Watch, can dish out wide damage like Thoran's Ult.
Then dunlingr just canceled his ult in the beginning and he got obliterated

@@fancehdonneh1584 For AFK Stages you want CC heavy teams or hardcore sustain, I guess Callan can kinda sustain your other heroes, but if he get's blown up at the beginning cause we are deficit pushing so hard that we almost are oneshot, that's no use
The only thing I can only say about Callan is he's gonna be an annoying enemy to deal with in afk stage and dura's trial smh.
I still cant get over that stance on A levels. If you don't summon someone just because they're an A level, you're crippling your account. Ulmus. Sinbad. Lenya. BONNIE. All top tier A levels used in various best teams, while Hodgkin, Lorson, Nara are all S levels and nowhere in sight. Judge them on thier actual kit, not their "rank".
hence why i pulled Valka last banner. i just meant its strange to put them back to back same faction same A level

If you've played Genshin, that's this game's equivalent to Genshin's 4-star character.
@@malcovich_games wrong, it's just means that A levels are harder to get ironically, you need more copies to upgrade them. There's no power difference between A and S level heroes as it was stated by the devs
@ I never implied any power difference. The diference has always been only rarity/method of acquisition.
Even in Genshin. There's been shit 5-star characters and top tier 4-star characters there.
@@malcovich_games Its not the same you need the same number of duplicated in genshin irrelavent of rarity or at least you used to. You need 8x as many a tiers in afk journey.

Trading my Valka I almost have enough copies to take valka back to S+
Maybe Shemira will be the next S-Level, but I am bit disappointed we got back to back A-Levels
