When i look at a house, first thing i check (apart from walls and tiles) are window frames. Are they the cheap zinc types or the solid aluminium ones, the window glazing etc.

But if you can add the pros(3) and cons(3) at the end of the video, something like your subtitles( but bigger at the center of the screen), that would be great. Probably only take you between 5 and 10 mins. Please think about it. :)

This may be a stupid question, bit does ‘sold out’ really mean sold out?!.. we hear so much about completed developments with overhangs so I always feel this sold out is a sales technique only...
Usually some of those sold out you meant would be 'fully booked', and the terms would be only for non-bumi units. I've checked the figures for this and seriously fully sold including the signing of SPA. What's more amazing would be the bumi-lots are also sold out!! Thanks for pointing that out. I really appreciate it!
Do you view the continual effort to get nation connected via high speed fiberoptic broadband helps to connect such remote townships, so much so such towns are not so remote anymore? By the way, you have covered quite a lot of hottest properties in town, and you seem to miss out Nilai, one of the much talked about places. Love to hear your take on this and hopefully next video soon.

Actually, there are a number of students looking to rent out of campus. There are many hostels atm but they fill up quick
