The house in this location looks so much like my grandparent's place in town, Las Animas Colorado. The water tower, the old cottonwood tree. That front porch
Originally aired on October 10, 1956, and this historic piece, C-65, is a brand new music, Only the main title is heard on this episode, It from Reel M-3 cut #4 Track #5 contains Underscore, and track #6 is the End Title, C-65B, I grew up with this tune, it put tears in my eyes. It’s Iconic, and It’s a Classic. C-65, I love it especially the “Hugging” End Title.
A great story - well-written, well acted, never lags, concise, suspenseful, heart-warming. Even a bit of comic relief. I teared up at the end. God, why can’t they all be this good?
@@gloriamontgomery6900this is an older movie with Barbara Stanwyck. The name of it may not be The Titanic and I can't remember the name of the movie, but she is great in it.
It was called Titanic.1953 I think. There was another movie about Titanic based on a book called A Night to Remember 1958. She was also terrific in the 1960s TV show The Big Valley. @@KW-onceuponatime
I agree. She made wonderful films in her 40s. Barbara kept her very trim youthful figure ALL her long busy life...I think that's one reason she looked like time did not age her.
0:26, Reel M-3 C-65 Main Title, This could be the first appearance of this brand new tune. I grew up with this tune, and by late June 1981, I have recording of this “Iconic” C-65 song on cassette tape.
This episode ends with Reel M-15 C-74 End Title, I have recording of this piece since 1982, on cassette tape. The Kingdom of the Sea theme is also on the same reel from Capitol Hi-Q Series.

Unfortunately, the great Barbara Stanwyck passed away long before “Titanic” was made. The wonderful Gloria Stuart played the older Rose in that movie
@@gloriamontgomery6900Barbara Stanwyk was in 1953 version of Titanic 🚢 starring Clifton Webb Robert Wagner

She was my High School Hart throb...The older she got the sexier she got 🥰
Originally telecast on October 10, 1956.
This also doubled as a pilot for a potential series (produced by Barbara and Jack Denove)......which no one was interested in.
This episode ends with Reel M-15 C-74 End Title, I have recording of this piece since 1982, on cassette tape. The Kingdom of the Sea theme is also on the same reel from Capitol Hi-Q Series.

This also doubled as a pilot for a proposed Barbara Stanwyck anthology series {co-produced by her and Jack Denove} that was never produced.

Women back then needed to be tough. I can't imagine what the average woman went through in those days.
