That coin is a great example, sharp and round planchet! Yes it was a great reform by Longshanks. That portrait pretty much endured until the early Tudor era. Your coin is likely Class 1 to 5, however quality would drop off after the 1290s when Edward was waging war against Scotland. I have 1 penny of his, not that nice - but decent.
