Make sure you show your spouse lots of support ,love and understanding.Be there for her when she needs you and if she plans on breastfeeding she has your full support and encouragement!
Mine does this too. Some days he is super active all day and night, then other days he barely moves for half the day lol I learned that it’s normal. He’s human, and humans have lazy days too lol
See thats a problem for me i have to be sitting down 8 hours a day k dont get a break for lunch because we ar e a busy Dr office we just het up take a bite of something and right back to sitting wjat can i do in this case im the only receptionish
Replace your chair with an exercise ball and use it to move around! You can also take frequent breaks to get up and move, walk to get water or to the bathroom!
My baby is not a she. He is a he. I see a tendancy for women making these videos to use she referring to the baby. To be gender neutral use it and the baby.
In the weekly videos, she alternates between she and he. If you see the 30 week video for example, you'll notice that switch. I follow the baby center weekly updates and they do the same thing by alternating between he and she every week. To me, that seems fair enough, as you're including both genders for every mama's pregnancy journey. Regardless of your baby personally being boy or girl. 😊

Yes-babies have a lot of variation with their movement at this stage. But if you’re EVER worried it doesn’t hurt to get checked out!

29weeks today!been having horrible leg cramps at night,its awful lol.
Ugh!! Those leg cramps are the worst!! It may be time to look into a good magnesium supplement!
