Nearly every single trail rider removes the front sway bar on these, and leaves the rear alone. Ive got a 60" wide Maverick sport without the front sway bar and it flexes really nicely without too much body roll.
Wonder how tippy/ sketchy that commander 700xt would be if u eliminated the sway bar? I know she would dive alot for high speed running but being its narrow and a guy cranked up preload on those shocks if it would have better suspension travel in that off camber situation? Just asking cause I am considering a smaller capable sxs for wife and I that we can haul some camping gear in for long distance exploring.
Good question. We've got a new video on the way where we play with tire pressure and sway bars to see just how big a difference they can make. Stay tuned!
Would like to see your test for the Maverick X3, you say its one of the worst, definitely something wrong if its the RR 72" machine as I own this rig and the flex is crazy. Certainly better than a Honda Talon you have at the top of the list.
@@theninja001 LOL, i realize that, but as i said there is no way the X3 RR (72") performs worse than say a General or RZR Trail S, something wrong with the test method or something. The X3 has some of the best flex on the market. Also, I've owned half of the machines on that list so speaking from experience.
problem you have guy is the front sway bar is still attached and it is greatly preventing the machine from flexing, so your test is pointless. maybe limit your testing to nap time until you get a handle on it and then just stop right there
I can't even watch the rest of the video, you must be hard up for viewers!! I you have a machine & don't like the articulation remove the sway bar....done!

1000 should have nearly the same results?

@@jacksoncooper2972 Wish I could add a pic here of my X3 in a flexed position but cant.
The list isn’t best rig on top. Read the numbers
