By using Lunar Magic you can check every level by putting the level ID
Why is it inaccessible? Did the creator make the level but then just decide not to use it?
yes. the level is included in the rom, but cannot be played unless the player edits it by moving the location mario starts on the overworld to an otherwise unreachable spot
