As far as my knowledge is concerned the general obgyn will not recommend the above supplements as they are too strong and may not well suit for all people with fertility issues . The best thing is to use either letrozole or clomid as per prescription and they are medicated . Supplements are also slow and may not be promising for all

They are the same.. low amh results in diminished overian reserve... AMH can also be raised with vitamin d diet.. reviving my overian health after failed icsi and prematire menopause
@BlackGirlsOven they are definitely in the same relations, I know for sure due to having a recent fertility exam with bloodwork My AMH was extremely low 0.015 which the Dr told me is almost no eggs left in my ovaries she then told me it is called diminished ovarian reserve is the medical term associated with low AMH🫤😵💫

Hi one Dr recommended Hgh is more preferable to DHEA. Said testesterone in DHEA could be toxic to the eggs. What's your take?
