Yes spring allergies are bad. My symptoms have improved drastically with a gluten-free low carb diet.
Yes I have found gluten free helps with joint issues as well as other maladies. xoxoxo

No one gave me tips out of the bkue. I had to seek them out. Everything came difficult this month. I didnt make as much progress as I wanted. It was another rough month. No romantic prospects thus far...I just got out of a horribly toxic relationship and Im 40lbs overweight. I wish I could find good relationships. I definitely have been working like crazy.

Pam, I found out that my birth records have been destroyed so I can't find out the time. It could be a Leo or a Capricorn from the different relative remembrances.
