Automatic Injectable Dry Powder Filling Line - NKPF-250D Line

The Powder micro dosing machines of the NKPF series are used for the dosing of injectable powders into vials. The vacuum/pressure dosing system used makes it possible to obtain good precision levels even with micronized powders and long, non-stop production cycles.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
• Total protection of vials throughout the entire dosing and closing process
• No contaminating mechanism over the vial path, with working operations under vertical laminar flow
• Vial straight line transport system
• Alternate vial in-feed either from Sterilizing & depyrogenating tunnel or from tray loading
• Weight accuracy ±2 % (Depending upon powder characteristics.)
• No or Low pressure of Nitrogen machine stop.
• Output from 1200 vials to 15000 vial per Hour.
• Weight 50 mg to 1500 mg in Single dose with help of different change parts.(Depends upon powder characteristics)
