I’ve lost 82 pounds and counting, and I drink regular coffee mate hazelnut creamer , I don’t track it at all, and somedays have multiple cups of coffee. I know that might not work for everyone but works great for me!
Drew I just would like to say that for you and Gabe too be so young you both are doing Amazing things with your lives... Putting God first in your life and Marriage it just makes my Heart smile because you two are examples of Gods Love! Then you bought your first Home wow that’s a big deal in itself.. I see the Awesome work ethic you and Gabe show too the world. Those three things is something you don’t ever see in young people.. I’m super proud of you guys. I count the 1st 2 cups after that I don't (I'm on WW). My creamer is an oat creamer so pretty hefty on pts (Planet Oat Vanilla)....so good
