    There are so many possibilities with this cane. When I first saw the bit you sliced off, I immediately thought of a sea turtle's shell. If it were done in shades of green, it could easily be an adorable little turtle swimming in the sea. Thank you for sharing. Now, I am anxious to start playing!

    I'm a beginner and your videos are wonderful. I learn so much. I only have one request, though. Please say what thickness or what number to use on the pasta machine to get your flat pieces. Thank you so much for your these tutorials as you are very talented.

    Helpful! Thank you, Samantha! More beautiful work by you! Do you have an artistic background? Lovely, lovely work!❤️

      I wouldn't really say I have an an artistic background. I have been to art class once a few years back and I have been in a few beading classes, but other than that most of what I know comes from research and a lot of trial and error.

    You are so talented. Love everything you do. I was just about to start from the beginning of your tutorials and slipped last nite and broke three fingers. Will keep on watching and learning. You mentioned the name of where you purchased the blue cutters from eBay but didn't get the name. Would you please give name again? Thank you.

      Oh, no, Carol Gancos! That is a terrible bit of luck! Get well soon. Take it easy and mend really well so you can come back and have fun with claying. I will keep you and your fingers in my prayers!

    @8:41 do you have a tutorial of that bead or on how you did the silver where it looks like waves?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't have a tutorial on that bead, but I do have a tutorial on the technique used in the bead. It's a Lisa Pavelka Peel. Just use a Skinner blend instead of black. www.jessamatutorials.com/lisa-pavelka-peel.html

    Jessama, your work is beatifull, I'm fam of polymer clay, I have a question what do you use for your pieces to be so shiny? specialy on curved pieces, do you buffer, or use some kind of resin?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I like to use resin on the flat pieces and sand and buff when possible on the domed pieces. If I can't sand and buff on the domed pieces I use renaissance wax.

  • @ronieGirl327
    @ronieGirl327 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    are these what you used for your beads in the resin bead video?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not quite sure what you mean. Could you include a bit more detail please. Sorry about that.

    • @ronieGirl327
      @ronieGirl327 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jessama Tutorials it was the beads you just did. and put resin over then. they had a red color set with them. you used a, kinda a leaf color with them. it would probably be the other video i just commented on before this one.

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. I didn't use a lace cane with those red beads. They were the same as the other green beads shown in the video except they were done with a red hue instead of a blue\green hue. I hope this answers your question.

    • @ronieGirl327
      @ronieGirl327 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jessama Tutorials yes. it does. thank you. I really love your work pieces. they are SO pretty. I have a question. if we made things like how you show us. maybe with different colors, do you mind if we sell them? or no? I'm just asking because I really love your different pieces. they are so beautiful.

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can absolutely sell them, even if they weren't in different colors. You can make them the exact same as I show in the tutorial. That's why they're in a tutorial. Feel free to sell what ever you make with my tutorials.
