Fun tutorial. Definitely more left over tutorials (I’m rapidly accumulating them) I would also like to learn more about different types of cane and where/how to use them. Thank you. These are so informative!
Hi - love this tutorial! The end result is perfect for a monotone project. Question...can you do this technique with cut up chunks of clay if you don't have leftover canes to work with? Wondered if you have tried that when you don't have old pieces of canes lying around. Thanks!
I find this fascinating. I will never do it. But fascinating. Where do all these terms come from? Cane types and such. Is there an encyclopedia of clay terms?
I'm a new subbie and am totally addicted to your tuts! I've made myself tons of beaded jewelry but the clasps and wires always tarnish and turn to a gross color. I was wondering if you have this problem and if you have any suggestions on how to keep it from tarnishing? I don't buy cheap stuff but I also don't buy 14k gold.
I typically stay away from gold findings due to this problem. I find that stainless steal, antiqued silver, gunmetal, antique brass and antique copper findings work best as they don't tend to tarnish and are extremely expensive.
Hi Guys, ;-} Does anyone know where I can find Jessama's tutorial on Rolling very thin veneer , she mentions the video alot but I can't find it anywhere ?
I love the look of black, white, and transparent - it looks so elegant. ❤

What brand of clay was this? It looks very soft.

Quite a few terms used in Polymer Clay come from lamp working and pottery.
Are you going to show us what you make out of that?
Is there a tutorial
For the blue ‘crackle necklace shown at the very start of this video?

If you use Renaissance wax, the product won’t tarnish.
Where can I purchase those sanding cloths?
I sell them on my etsy shop, but it's closed at the moment.

What if you don’t have scrap clay?
Then you can use normal clay. Just chop it up and use it as I did in the tutorial.
