Serving Tray / Food Tray

Mothers day gift ( serving tray) I included a mixture of hardwoods & softwoods ''pine'' to create a contrasting feature.
I also added corner splines to help strengthen the mitre joints - finished of with 100% natural oil (food safe). .

Did you router the top edges of the handles or sand them to round them off?
What router bit did you use for the internal edges of the handles?

Hi ! I sanded them to round them off ! for the internals I used a common ''round over bit '' - the large one...hope this helps , cheers !!
