After the first 25 minutes I was sleeping. I had dream of seeing flying saucer and 3 aliens dressed like mummies stealing from a store and the clerk coming out with a shot gun firing at them. They spoke without words, I asked to teach me what i don’t know and I woke up. Weird
I had the same dream but the aliens I saw steal from the store were illegals and they got reported because it was 2026 and Trump was already elected president and America was great again

It all culminated in me being labeled a creep, banned from places, or threatened to be banned. So thinking about women, and taking action/ putting in effort isn't enough.
I’ve listened to hundreds of meditation videos and this one is something else completely. I’m buzzing right now and I don’t understand it. I’ve listened to this every night for a week and have had crazy dreams/visuals falling asleep, weirdly similar to a light dmt trip. Not sure what to think about this information but I’m super intrigued at what is going on here. Like what frequencies are being used to make this because it’s the first one that has had this sort of effect on my physical body.

I had a complete spiritual experience. I had dre beats headphones on. I was being wrapped part by part of my body and then I transcended to somewhere. Just got back with 20 mins left. It was very crazy and intense.
Without headphones, just through my phone speakers on mid but next to my head, I laid down on my bed and listened. Within 5 minutes I fell "asleep" but somehow thought I was fully conscious in my friends basement where he was showing me his fishtank. He went upstairs to make us some food and I heard his footprints on the floorboards above, could hear him talking to his mom. When I went back to observe the fishtank I noticed Chris (my friend) had folded the tank over before he went upstairs. But how? How do you fold glass? The tank was on an antique chair and when I went to lift it, it unfolded like a piece of paper and the fish slid to the bottom leaking onto the chair. Ashamed and filled with anxiety I pretended not to see it as such and when I heard the audio cues of Chris coming back downstairs I began to reposition myself in that basement which somehow now looked a lot like my grandma's basement only I began to levitate. My lightness rose me to the ceiling and I crawled along trying to get back down to my feet afraid I would scare Chris when he returned but I could not, I was still floating like an astronaut in zero gravity. I turned to be surprised to see a young boy, perhaps Chris's cousin? Or a young Chris? This frightened me although the boy did not seem to care. And then I woke up in bed (real time) feeling tingly.

This won't cause any Astral Projection experiences, I used to get those almost every night as I tried falling to sleep, it isn't easy and it takes forever, its not a switch you can just turn on either. You really gotta lay there for several hours with your eyes closed the whole time and without falling to sleep. Staring at a screen will prevent this from happening. I still get them, it's just rare. Also you'll know its happening when you feel a surge of what feels like electricity vibrations in your skull, then you start seeing your surroundings with your eyes closed. Sometimes you won't even see anything and just experience the vibrations or sounds. Your diet plays a part in it too.

How is one supposed to be able to listen to 8 Hz and 1.45 Hz "sounds"? Beats me. Top of the line subwoofers go down to 16 Hz as far as I know. If one had speakers able to output 10 Hz and lower, to such a degree that you could actually feel the beat, then one would actually create a seismic event (like an earthquake but with the woofer as the epicenter) that would literally bring the house down. A sonic bomb. And I think 1.45 Hz is the frequency of your heartbeat and that would be a whole other issue. But what the heck do I know, I'm just typing shit at 4 am. Cool sounds tho!
read up on binaural beats, waves, and oscillation. 2 different frequencies - one in each ear. they cancel each other out and you hear whats left over, in this case those very low frequencies.

I surmised that it was during those NDE times that worry about shit started creeping into my awareness again. When that happened the Elves would get upset with me. Their otherwise cheerful faces would begin morphing into more and more hideous-looking creatures. Every time I started slipping into worry about the bill they'd change back to horrific again and on the last time they all gathered around me in what was an infinite sea of these hideous-looking entities and they all screamed in unison in an ear-shattering chorus: "IT WON'T WORK IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE!!!"

Lay back on couch or sit up and hold the light towards u while it flashes n keep ur eyes closed while listening to this especially with headphones. Its a experience close to the true dmt trip. Without headphones, just through my phone speakers on mid but next to my head, I laid down on my bed and listened. Within 5 minutes I fell "asleep" but somehow thought I was fully conscious in my friends basement where he was showing me his fishtank. He went upstairs to make us some food and I heard his footprints on the floorboards above, could hear him talking to his mom. When I went back to observe the fishtank I noticed Chris (my friend) had folded the tank over before he went upstairs. But how? How do you fold glass? The tank was on an antique chair and when I went to lift it, it unfolded like a piece of paper and the fish slid to the bottom leaking onto the chair. Ashamed and filled with anxiety I pretended not to see it as such and when I heard the audio cues of Chris coming back downstairs I began to reposition myself in that basement which somehow now looked a lot like my grandma's basement only I began to levitate. My lightness rose me to the ceiling and I crawled along trying to get back down to my feet afraid I would scare Chris when he returned but I could not, I was still floating like an astronaut in zero gravity. I turned to be surprised to see a young boy, perhaps Chris's cousin? Or a young Chris? This frightened me although the boy did not seem to care. And then I woke up in bed (real time) feeling tingly.

This won't cause any Astral Projection experiences, I used to get those almost every night as I tried falling to sleep, it isn't easy and it takes forever, its not a switch you can just turn on either. You really gotta lay there for several hours with your eyes closed the whole time and without falling to sleep. Staring at a screen will prevent this from happening. I still get them, it's just rare. Also you'll know its happening when you feel a surge of what feels like electricity vibrations in your skull, then you start seeing your surroundings with your eyes closed. Sometimes you won't even see anything and just experience the vibrations or sounds. Your diet plays a part in it too.

How is one supposed to be able to listen to 8 Hz and 1.45 Hz "sounds"? Beats me. Top of the line subwoofers go down to 16 Hz as far as I know. If one had speakers able to output 10 Hz and lower, to such a degree that you could actually feel the beat, then one would actually create a seismic event (like an earthquake but with the woofer as the epicenter) that would literally bring the house down. A sonic bomb. And I think 1.45 Hz is the frequency of your heartbeat and that would be a whole other issue.
