now this is what called CUSTOM MADE.... big round of applause :-) you are fortunate enough bro that you have GD400 and it has that inbuilt strap holder with the band itself...you dont need those band adapters...I am looking for this type of ideas only to convert my GLS-8900, GD-120 and G-9000 along with GW-9400 rangeman... unfortunately those band adapters are not available in my country searched the entire web along with CASIO service centre and overseas delivery also not available in here...I am bored with resin bands :-(

yeah,i made this strap for more stronger , try lifting 5kg with this ballistic vs original resin :D . you can imagine who will broken first . but the point is about sweat on wrist
you can use 24mm and also 26 mm. if you wanna use the that gshock printed strap holder you must use 24mm but if you dont want it, you must use 26mm. İf yours choice on piece nato you must use 26mm. 24 mm is only for two pieces nato and using gshock printed strap holder.

GLS-8900, GD-120 ,g-9000 and GW-9400 rangeman you can use an adapters from "jaysandkays" search and find it on EBAY ;-)
