Like you said I have read so many self improvement books, watched so many motivational and informative videos & also learned many things about my subject but still I think my achievement is not in accordance with the time and the effort I have put and your video has my answer.
I guess starting next week I have to work on my interests, personality, likes, dislikes etc and mark them in a chart and work towards my progress and only then I will be able to survive well and find my niche in this competitive world.
On one side I am happy I am getting guidance from people like you and I am thankful to the universe (The Great Mother Goddess) for this but on the other hand I am 40 and I feel little bit worried that whether I will be able to work around my problem and come out of it.
I guess I have to keep confidence in me and work on one thing at a time so that one day I will be able to come out in flying colors.
